About Us

Ida James was created by women to support women, specifically those who feel they are in a bit of an in between stage in life and wardrobe. Those who want to feel modest but still chic and sexy, those falling into the black abyss of somewhere between Coachella and Country Club. Thus, Ida James was born to help support these women with the perfectly curated pieces that elevate wardrobes, confidence and women alike.

The founder wanted to take their support of women a few steps further. Thus, clothing from shoots is donated to support women looking to better themselves, through multiple avenues including Bottomless Closet, Goodwill and Salvation Army.  In addition, 10% of the total sales of Ida James is donated to organizations that help women around the world including Dress for Success, National Women’s Law Center and Women for Women International.
